How to Return an Item

Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue.

Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days and confirms eligibility.

Return Item

Once approved, pack the item securely and hand it to our courier. Return shipping is free for eligible items.

Refund Issued

Refund is processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Eligible for Return

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item is significantly different from description
  • Item is missing parts or accessories
  • Sealed product was already opened on arrival

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Perishable goods and consumables
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
